As the pace of change and competition continue to accelerate, organizations have to become increasingly nimble. This presents a steep challenge given the human's more fixed and automatic ways of responding under pressure. This conference will focus on those challenges and other obstacles encountered when attempting to sustain success in an atmosphere of rapidly changing conditions.
